Christmas Day

Here is the post about our Christmas Day...FINALLY!!

Before we even put up Christmas decorations this year, Nathan and I sat down and agreed, we were not going to go all out this Christmas with presents for Natalie since she got a lot for her birthday and for the fact the girl is in need of NOTHING! Between doting Grandparents and an aunt and uncle that can't get enough of her...there was not much left for Nathan and I to get! We decided to keep Christmas small this year and remember the REAL meaning for Christmas.

Natalie woke Christmas morning to a few presents and could not have been happier!

Opening gifts....she got come crayola crayon buddies with a wonder pet coloring book, a new baby doll, Leap Frog Fridge Farm and a few clothes.

Buy far her favorite was her crayons and coloring book. We might have an artist is the family!

After opening gifts and lounging around the house that morning we got ready and head to Nana's and Pappy house for more gifts and dinner.

Natalie received a much needed toy box among other great things!

This was our family Christmas picture this year.It is hard to believe that we have came this far in just a year! I still remember Natalie only two months old, tiny in my arms, last Christmas!!

Christmas Eve

I can not believe Christmas is already over. The holidays have been creeping up fast approaching. This year was completely different then last year. Natalie was more involved in opening up gift and enjoying the festivities. This year we spent Christmas Eve with Nathans family. It also happens that Christmas Day is also Nathans brother, Michael, birthday. We also celebrated with cake! This is Michael and Braden blowing out the candles.

Natalie opening her gifts and enjoying all of the fun!

My mother-in-law and Nathans Memaw!

Of course I had to share my awesome Christmas present. My sister-in-law got my a framed photo of my mad #62...CODY!!!!

We all had a great Christmas Eve, Eating opening presents and just enjoying the fellow ship!! I love spending time with all my family.

The Weather Outside is FRIGHTFUL!!

This weekend the weather outside was frightful!! It snowed Saturday morning. I'm not a big fan of the snow, actually I truly despise the snow. I did not want to let my hatred for the snow to stop Natalie experiencing her real first snow. (It snowed last year but she was to young to understand or go out in it!) So we bundled up in our snow pants, jacket and hat and headed outside to face the cold. Natalie did not seem to mind the cold not snow to much until she actually touched it! After that, it was over for her....she wanted nothing to do with it and wanted to go inside immediately!

Here are a few pictures of our time in the snow!

What a PRISS

Here are a few pictures of Natalie being a goof this weekend!! She is turning into such a priss! She found her sunglasses that I bought her this past summer and loved putting them on and walking around the house!

Nathan had went to bed early to get some rest before he went hunting that night and Natalie decided she still wanted to play! This is her bang on the dog and scream HEY, HEY, HEY!!

Look at those big blue eyes!

A Year of Blessing

Were are the days going?!? All I know is a was just enjoying the summer and then the next thing I know it is Thanksgiving. This year I have so much to be thankful for. God has truly blessed me this year with so much!

First a most importantly I'm thankful for an all knowing, all loving, and all forgiving Lord and Savior.

I'm have been blessed with a wonder husband who in more way then he knows is my hero.

God gave me the best gift in the world this past year....He gave me my beautiful daughter, Natalie. Whom is the light of my world.

I'm incredibly thankful for a wonderful family that supports me with what crazy idea I come up with! For Natalie having the most loving grandparents any child could have.

I could not have traveled the roads of life without my friends beside me, laughing through the good times and crying through the bad.

(Sorry for the older picture, it was all I had! I was about 24 wks pregnant with Natalie. We really need to get a new picture taken!)

I'm also thankful this year for Nathan and I have good jobs that support our family, having food in our cabinets and having a roof over my head.

This year has just flown by with all the ups and the downs, the good times and the bad. As this year starts to come to an end, I'm sad to see it go but excited for what the next year has to offer!!

Keep on Rollin

This week was not only Natalie's first birthday party but it was also the Saturday that the Tide rolled over LSU!!! We all were giddy that we defeated the Tigers. Natalie was so excited she decided to were her victory dress that she received at the birthday from Meme Shelia! Not being biased or anything but I though she was the cutest thing in the church nursery that morning.

Next stop defeat Auburn and then on Dec 5th take the SEC champion title and put those Gators back in the swamp!!
